The stairway was old and crammy, and it was standing right smack in the middle of that flight of stairs. Looked like it was ready to pounce on me anytime, and I wasn't wrong. My next step confirmed this; it jumped at my leg and bit hard on it. Through my denim jeans, I could feel the sharp teeth sinking into my flesh, only to have them pulled out moments later. The pain was extreme, though still bearable. I looked down and saw two small and bloodied punctured holes on my leg, the part where it attacked. Before I had time to react, it came at me a second time. Another go at my leg, and there was an addition of two more holes. This time, I ran as fast as I could up the stairs. The eyes followed me up the flight of steps, but the creature remained where it was.
I felt relieved that I've gone past it now, but I just can't understand what made me so afraid to attack it. It's just a god damned cat!
Cat aside, I made my way into the house. Looked like it was dinner-time, and there was a hearty feast on the table. Across the table sat the person whom I cared for most, but he didn't even so much as to lift his head to see who's just entered the room. He was deeply engaged in a conversation with a pretty lady sitting beside him. I could feel my heart shatter to a million pieces when he casually dismissed any mention of me in their discussion; "she's not important", he said.
Some bad dream that I had in last night's sleep. Sad to say, but there's no conclusion.
